I borrowed $900 from this company and set-up automatic payment debits from my checking account. After several months of debits I contacted the company and was told that my $365 payment was only being applied to the APR and none to the original loan balance. I cancelled the payments through my bank. The company is now attempting to sue me for $1,900 to complete the transaction, bringing my total repayment amount close to $5,000. The repayment schedule and totals of the interest charged were buried deep in the paperwork and difficult to understand. This is a predatory company shielded by sovereign nation status and should be avoided.
