Castle Resorts International Time Share Sale Guarantee Scam Ripoff Walter Fowler Autumn Lea Rebeca Perez Timeshare Rental Sale Regency Resorts International Orlando Florida
Contacted several times by Autumn Lea and after 8 months of repetative calls, decided to give Castle Resorts a chance to sell/rent my timeshare. 100% MONEY BACK Guarantee within 180 days if not satisfied or property not sold.
After 2 months of signing up, making the $1,165.95 payment via Credit Card, I made several phone calls to 888-759-0770 without any success of talking with anyone other than the receptionists who informs me that Autum Lea no longer works for the company and Tim Viner is her replacement. After leaving a couple of voicemail and email to Tim Viner with no response, I call and finally get the receptionist and demand to speak with either Tim Viner or the so-called company president Walter Fowler.
Finally after several minutes of waiting, Tim Viner gets on the phone. He informs me that the company is now in bankruptcy and how he lost $150,000.00 in investment and he has taken it upon himself to help continue the 180 day contracts to sell/rent the properties of the persons in this sad-sad-sad situation. He is doing this as a "heart-felt" service that he thinks the persons SCAMMED deserves. Since the company is out of business the 100% money back guarantee is void according to Tim Viner. BEWARE of Regency Resorts International. It appears the same people have begain another Scam under Regency Resorts International.
