FACTS:
My Partner Sharon Fullmer & myself purchased many cats from Jackie Springfield. Our last purchase, we paid for 3 kittens and one adult Sphynx all with breeding rights.
No stipulations that we could not resale them.
We received two kittens and one adult. We were told a solid black female kitten had died. We later found out she sold this same kitten to another party. Out of the last group of kittens, that were sent to us. The Adult tested high possitive for the Corona Viruse and almost died. ONe of the kittens was very sick and tested for serious Heart problem.
We asked that our $ 1,000.00 be refunded for the kitten, that to this date we have not received. The other kitten came infested with ringworm and a Upper respitory infection.
Jackie Springfield would not respond to either my or Sharon's many emails and phone calls. Recently we contacted her again, and were told she would replace the two deathly ill cats and send us a third for the one we paid a $ 1000.00 for and still had not received.
We were asked to send a additional $140.00 for Shipping charges, and we did this. Since we again have not herd from Jackie.
So now she has $ 1,140.00 of our money and we have no kittens. And we are now responible for replaceing the kitten with heart problems, and the adult that test positive for Corona Virus.
That we had sold to other people.
