$91.45 paid for a vitamins. Sent me broken jar and urine test bottle with FEDEX return envelope. No test results. No vitamins! $91.45 for another fraudulent pyramid sales scheme! Less than Herbalife! Only the agents get rich!

I have been associated with Ideal Health for almost a year and am sorry to see that you have had a misunderstanding as to how our product tests and services work. We provide Customized Nutritional Products that are based on In-home testing. Based on the price that you report paying, what you probably paid for was the In-Home Privatest which includes a postpaid FedEx shipping label for you to send your specimen to the lab. That does not include the customized suppliment, however, it may have included the Prime Essentials which is a generic high quality multivitamin. You pay for the suppliments monthly on autoshipment basis after your test results are processed and you receive your results and the product called Custom Essentials. I would suggest that you contact the person that you purchased it from to discuss the issue and get the matter resolved rather than to attack a completely reputable and integral company which is helping many people to achieve better health. I am sure that it was a completely innocent misunderstanding. I hope that you can clear this up and be one of those who benefit from our customization process. Yours In Health,
