CBCS - Verizon ripoff Columbus Ohio
I just received a collection call on my cell phone number for my sister. They would not advise how they got my phone number.
She called them back and they advised they were collecting for a verizon telephone bill back in November, 2004. This was totally bogus. It took 4 calls and a lot of verbal abuse on her just to request that they send a statement of what was owed. They refused. They continued to demand payment and information even though they were repeatedly told No information would be forthcoming. Each person there was nasty and unprofessional.
She is going to file a complaint with the attorney general's office regarding this matter.
