Ccbill And Online Detective ripoff ripped off and scammed New York New York
I downloaded online detective for 3 days for $9.95. The software didn't even work. I could not use it at all. I canceled with ccbill.com 3 days later.
2 days after I canceled online detective with ccbill.com they took $29.95 out of my account. I called ccbill.com and they told me I had to contact online detective to verify that I could not and did not use online detective.
I did not find a number until I found this site.
Online detective will not give me a refund. They totally ripped me off for $39.90. I also incurred overdraft fees.
They took money from my account after I cancelled and won't give it back.
