CD2U Cigarettes Direct To You Took cigarette order and e check cleared and no product shipped Internet, Kentucky
I placed a cigarette order with CD2U in December of 2009. I gave them and e check for the total of my invoice.
The check cleared and I have never recieved the product ordered. I have written many letter to this company with all the information they said to send to them but have never received a refund either.
