CD2U - Cigarettes Direct To You Ordered Cigarettes, money taken from account and items not sent Internet
I placed an order on 12/8/09, $200.17 taken from my checking and email sent on 12/9/09 that my cigarette order was shipped but have not received order. Website down. Called bank to try to get money back. This may be the problem:
