December 6, 2009 ordered smokes over the telephone for a guy named "Jim" with an Indian accent. He took my order, ran my credit card, and politely proceeded to STEAL $45 of my family's money. I'd like to drive to Kentucky and either get my money or my smokes. Either way it would be worth the trip.

I am having the same issue and was taken for $200.17. This may be part of the problem:
