on 12/7/09 my order came to almost 400.00. my check was cashed right away. i have ordered from them for 2 years with no problem, the longest i have ever waited for my order thrue prioraty mail is 5 days. like every one else i can not call them or get to them on the internet. i talk to my bank and i cant get my money back. what i am doing is going online to the better buissnes beurow www.bbb.com and if every one does this i think we will get eather are money back or are products that every one hade to pay for. i am also going to wright them a letter p.o. box 9428 louisville,ky 40209-0428 fax:502-375-5848. i hope this will help me and others, good luck to every one.
