CD2U Cigarettes direct ANOTHER RIP-OFF louisville, Kentucky
I'm joining the list of customers that were defrauded by CD2U (Cigarettes Direct to You). I placed my order on Dec. 8 by on-line check. I was told my order would be sent in a few days. I received an e-mail confirmation that my order was being shipped and it included a tracking #. On December 10, my checking account was debited. I still have not received the order and I have no recourse (unless a class action is filed or the Kentucky State Atty. General's office takes some action) for a refund. I wish I had a contact in Louisville that could check out the address.

If everyone is really up in arms over CD2u , CALL some local Louisville, KY TV and news radio stations and tell them everything you told this site. They will most likely put it on the news and actually go to the place and track down Chavez for a comment on television.
