Celestial Care Celestial Care - Celestial Care Private Duty Nursing The TRUTH behind Celestial Care Phoenix, Arizona
I have seen first hand, from the start of the company, the true quality of Celestial Care. I am an employee at Celestial Care and have met all of the other employees and personally know both the owners. But before you read my testimony, go to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and see what their rating is;

Before an application is even accepted, each employee is given a handbook outlining the rights of our clients, on and off the job protocol, etc. and is required to sign acknowledgments of all read material. The signed paperwork is kept on file in the office and I would be happy to pull up that documentation for anyone, I am in the office 9a-3p, Monday-Friday.
The truth is, after extensive interviews, we not only run fingerprints and do background checks of every new hire, I personally see to it that each and every new hire is checked for the validity of their nursing licenses though the Arizona State Board of Nursing. Also, every employee has their vehicle insurance on file.
It is required by law, not to mention only safe, that an LPN or RN be assigned to any client that requires prescription drugs to be administered. Clients are always fully informed on the qualifications of each level of care and have the ultimate say in their care.
It is understood why there is complaints about the Director of Nursing; his structured nature and rejection of second and third rate employees left those with their character in question, disgruntled and out for revenge. Their fabricated stories about him are merely delusions. It is unfortunate that some people cannot accept responsibility for their actions and constantly feel the need to put blame on others, particularly those with authority over them.

The author of that article is probably the nursing director himself, or some disingenuine office staff trying to suck up to keep his or her job either one they are speaking from their rears. they even contradict them self within the articlewhen they say all of his hires are put through intensive interviewing and background requirements, and then they refer to 2nd and 3rd rate employees. Well, how did those horrible employees that they are speaking so badly of get past the tough hiring process? The truth is, they hire just about anybody, and the ones that get hired that are actually good, end up leaving as soon as they discover the nightmare that is Celestial Care. The real truth about Celestial Care is the one that is told by their employees and clientsand they both agree that the nursing director is nothing but a circus clownthe only reason he has his job at all is because he is the owners husband. Here are some of the true qualities of Celestial Care
One of the nurses contacted the so called nursing director and complained about some sexual remarks made by the client. He told her to suck it up and laugh it off if she wants to keep her job.
At one time, the nursing director called one of the RNs at a clients home. He told her, there is a new aide coming to work with her, so she needs to hide the clients morphine and watch her closely because she is on probation for narcotic abuse.
They have been under investigation more than one time for missing morphine from the clients home.
On one occasion, they were so desperate to gain the business of a high profile patient who was interested only in Mayo Clinic nursesthe owner herself lied to him and told him they are affiliated with Mayo when the fact is; Mayo has nothing to do with them.
This one is really hard to believe, but it is trueone of the nurses found the nursing director hiding like a rat in the bathroom of the back of one of the clients houses. She found him passed out on the floor in the middle of the night. He took advantage of the clients dementia and not aware of whats going on, and he was there to spy on his own nurses by hiding and then fell asleep, a completely unprofessional lunatic!
They treat their employees with intimidation and manipulation. One of the nurses was complaining that when the owner came to do her monthly visit to the clients homethe owner told the client that the nurse on duty was their slavecompletely disrespectful to their own employees.
One of their clients caught a male nurse looking at porn using her computer.
They mention their rating and record with the BBBthe fact is, Celestial Care has been kicked out by a lot of clients and they ended their service with them. The fact is most of the clients are elderly and dont have the ability or energy to research or file a complaint with the BBB. They are just focusing on their health and well being.
These are some, but not all of qualities of Celestial Care. The bottom line is, they are rotten to the core. They are corrupt and they are after one thing, and they will stop at nothing to get itand that is the clients money. The real truth is, nobody should to business with them. People should be aware of their unethical practices
