CENLAR Central Loan Administration & Reporting Fees added to your Montly Mortgage Payment, Hidden , Internet
We recently inquired about refinancing our mortage to take advantage of the lower rates. If you have a mortage with CENLAR, (Central Loan Administration & Reporting) Beware!! When you sign the release for information with the New Lendor, CENLAR will charge you $5.00 for every single payoff report the New Lendor requests. In trying to Re-fi, I am now out $25.00. It does not matter how many they get. The mere fact they were asked, will cost you $5.00!
CENLAR, took from the extra I was sending them toward my Principle, $5.00 for every request made.
They don't even tell you what the fee is for, on your statement, and if you call them, they will automatically tell you it's a Late Fee and blame it on you.
