Alicia,
You were IN my office learning about the loan industry working for the SAME company. I put up with your drug abuse and incompetence for the sole purpose of trying to get your loan to close for 3 FULL MONTHS. You and your ex-husband (Bobby) had not filed taxes in 4 years but had still made plaenty of money off the books (tax fraud). THIS is the exact reason for my NOT closing your loan. It was an ILLEGAL loan. Your ex husband tried to have me sign off on a loan that you falsified tax documentation for, right in the office.
You blatelently lied about not knowing me, you blatently lied about the closing, you blatently lied about the numbers being wrong, because there was NO closing.
I also remember that your neighbor was in to doing illegal loans, and thats where you got the thing done.
Now, that I know who this is just exactly, and its affecting my medical career and costing me money. Guess what happens next?

JoeBlow-
When I was a loan originator the only loans that I wouldn't do, were the loans that required me to do something illegal for the borrower. I would not then and would not now, do something illegal for ANY borrower. If you signed papers with me, it means that you liked what you saw and the loan was good. No loan I ever did had different numbers at the closing table.
All information about what I made (loan origination fee is common practice in that industry) for the loan in question (if anything, because since you didn't leave a name or any identifying information I can't go back and look it up for you) was disclosed to you not only before you signed the paperwork, but also at the closing. This is a legal matter and once again, I wouldn't do anything illegal for any borrower. The mortgages I ran were legitimate, "all cards on the table", and within legal regulation.
It sounds to me like this loan did NOT close and that is what this complaint is about. With the abusive language and name calling I have a VERY good idea of exactly who this is. I remember you. If it is you, I know for a fact that this loan could not be done in Colorado or anywhere else without illegal entries being submitted. I told you as much and that I wouldn't do the loan the way you wanted it (illegally) set up. Thats when you started getting angry and later called and told me that you had found (obviously conned) someone who was not as astute, or was willing to do something illegal into doing the loan for you WITH the illegal entries.
To this day, no one I ever did a loan for in 6 years of being a loan officer has ever lost a house. The reason is, I followed the regulations set forth by the banks and I followed the laws set forth by Freddie Mac (at the time). I never forged nor lied about anything, and not once was there ever even an option to not disclose every single facet of the new loan. You were given every oppurtunity to study the RESPA loan papers and examine the ammortization schedule for the finer detals. IF this loan went to closing, they were gone over again with you (in detail) as you sat at the table with the title companies closing officer. If you did not, I am not responsible for this short coming. You had EVERY oppurtunity to walk away from the loan and from me, but you didn't. This makes me believe that 1) the mortgage didn't close, or 2) the mortgage was illegal.
So, if keeping things legal, moral, and upright makes me a b*****d or a "j*****f" as you so eloquently put it, I'll take it. No harm done. My mind, soul and reputation are backed by the indestructable truth of my record.
I would be more than happy to meet you in person and have a "discussion" about your criminal activity. If I recall correctly I got a phone call from the Feds about your attempted loan scam. I do not think that I will be the one leaving the meeting an unhappy man under ANY circumstances. We should all meet and see what comes of it, I am more than prepared to put my reputation against yours.
Thanks~
