They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: James Logan, Customer Service Manager Their relationship to the company: Supporter Rebuttal: Here are the facts: Customer ordered 1 book ($17.95)from a large online store reseller, not directly from our company. Our company took the order, shipped out the book and received as a small royalty for fulfilling the order and supplying the book. The book was returned to us in poor, non-resellable condition due to the back cover being torn in the mail. Never did the customer contact us to request support in obtaining a refund from the seller. He just returned the book in the condition mentioned, without asking about the correct procedure to obtain a refund. Despite this, we would be happy to support the customer in obtaining a refund if he calls our office. Thank you.
