CEX.IO is the biggest cryptocurrency trading scam company on the internet. They have blocked my funds since over a month. They request for my KYC which i provided. I also tried getting in touch with the customer but they are no longer even responding to my request number: 215163
There is one withdrawal of 0.31526914 BTC pending since 2017-05-10
There is one depost of 1.0 BTC pending since 2017-05-24

I am looking for a lawyer who can take up my case and get this issue resolved.

The correct ticket ID is 230641 where compaince department has asked you to provide some information and it was ignored. Due to the terms and conditions at CEX.IO and its AML and KYC policy the compliance department can ask additional queries.
On 7th of june itself I have replied to you and requested again to get back but you haven't responsed yet. We ourselves would like to resolve this concern but your cooperation is needed.
