I have been being Harrased by a man named Peter Jones who claims I owe Cash ADvance Usa a payday loan..for $300 dlrs..I have had payday loans in the past and have no recollection of this one..he has been Harrasing me at work he has all my info,he has also been calling my house and harrasing my family ..when I spoke to him I asked for the date that this supposed LOAN was taken out and when It was deposited in my acct and what bank it had been deposited to..I checked my bank accounts and have NO deposit from this company ..he ran around the question and never could gave me a straight answer ...he became rude and very edgy ...he gave me a Acct# smc165213..I dont know if this is ligit or not im very confused and scared because he is causing me problems at work to the point im about to loose my job..someone please help me..Thank you..the number this man keeps calling from is 312-473-2679..if any one else has this problem with the same person plz let me know ....He is also threating me that I will be arrested at work in the next 7 days..if I dont pay him..

This man Peter Jones keeps harassing us..after telling him I read all these reports on the SCAM they have going on and how I know that all the numbers he calls from are "MAGIG JACK PHONES" and he also had the Nerve to call from the "Cincinnati Police dept".. I called the number back spoke to the lady who answered and she said no one by that name worked there and that this was the Police dept..These men are tapping into phone lines to do this Scam..becareful..the number he called from recently is 513-352-3536 this is the Police dept in Cincinnati...when I confronted him over the phone he hung up on me....
Scam: USA CASH ADVANCE....& EZ CASH USA..
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THESE MEN...THEY ARE MAKING PEOPLE GO OUT AND PURCHASE MONEYPAK CARDS AND PUT MONEY ON THEM TO PAY THEM....
