CHARLENE DELUCIA Ripoff LIAR SCAMMER NON-PRODUCER BAD EMPLOYEE! Phoenix Arizona
This individual presents herself as a caring, hard working, persistent individual who produces in terms of sales and leads. In reality she only backstabs her employers (our company in addition to 1 or 2 of her previous employers on paperwork she gave us at time we were interviewing her). She says the right words to get one to believe that she can be a valuable asset to any organization and can produce. Then she insists on working from home, fails to turn in required weekly reports and then says she is working, even when she is caught out in public. Even when management calls to see how she is producing and reaches voicemail for hours on end. EMPLOYERS NEED TO CHECK INTO THIS INDIVIDUAL THOROUGHLY BEFORE CONSIDERING HIRING HER AND EVEN THEN HAVE HER WORK UNDER STRICT SUPERVISION. OTHERWISE, SHE WILL SURELY SCAM THEM FOR MONEY AND NOT DO THE JOB. IF SHE EVEN WORKS AT ALL! FOREWARNED IS FOREARMED!

Kevin Wade Byram is lyinf in his October 2008 response, yet again. Why file e rebuttal so long after the facts??? Get over it! As for his allegations.....try to research me and you will discover these are all lies. I never went to law school, so how could I fail the bar?? This is funny, and such a sad attempt at more attention on Kevin's part. SIMPLE FACT - Research and run a background check on me, you will find NOTHING offensive. In fact, my last traffic ticket was many years ago LOL On the other hand, research Kevin Wade Byram, and his criminal record will keep you entertained for a couple of hours.

This gal started work for us as an Independent Contractor contracted to call businesses and set appointments. She never made the calls, took the leads we provided her to call from and gave them to our competition, and then said she had made calls and should be paid at least minimum wage. Since the job description she signed provided for payment of earnings only when she set appointments and closed deals, she was not entitled to any monies. No employer would pay her money she was not entitled to, and would not want someone who lies and scams instead of performing the work for which she was hired to work for them. Thus, the reason we laid her off. PERIOD! Had she done the work and been straight with us she would have been paid. Considering she did not she was not and was let go. As for the rest, Kevin did have a few minor problems with the law a long, long time ago when he was a teenager. He is now over 45 and has been a long-term contributive citizen to society and has served on many community boards and charities. He is a director of a muscular distrophy foundation among other social help organizations.

It's funny that you filed this AFTER I filed reports on your company, Kevin. YOU DO NOT PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES! Remember Heather? You didn't pay her either! Oh, and it's funny that you said you caught me in public, that's hilarious, since you DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT I LOOK LIKE, and HIRED ME OVER THE PHONE, since YOU HAVE NO OFFICE! Scam artists are "ghosts", and that's exactly what you are, Kevin, Richelle, and Tom. Anyone who knows your full name Kevin, can get a full criminal report on you, it's all public record. You are writing this in a poor atempt to get back at me for exposing your scam! I am not the only one who exposed you. anyone can type in the name KEVIN BYRAM and EXCEL BUSINESS/PRINT/COPIER SYSTEMS, and see that many people have the same thing to say about these scammers. If you continue to harass me, I will take you to court for this, and for the $$ that you owe me. If I see ONE more thing, we'll take it to court in a class-action suit (me and other people I've contacted).
