Cheap Chi Hair cheapchihair.com Stole my money! Internet
I purchased 2 Chi hair straighteners from Cheap Chi Hair back in November 2010 for Christmas gifts for my daughters; however, I only received 1 in the mail. I contacted the company and they admitted their mistake. They were going to send me the 2nd straightener, but I would not receive in time for Christmas. Therefore, I asked for a refund instead. They agreed. After several days passed and I had yet to receive the refund, I contacted them. They said they issued the refund to my PayPal account, but they refunded the wrong account. I gave them the correct account, but have yet to receive my refund and now they will not answer my emails.
