I requested tickets from Cheaptickets.com to go on a cruise to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversity.As you well know you only get one 25th anniversity and it's a very special time.

I indicated I wanted to depart from St.Louis,Mo.going to Miami,Fl.July 18,2004,am and returning Sunday, July 26,2004 pm. The itinery they emailed me was correct,then after I submitted my credit card, the charged $688.00.

The itinery changed, I attempted several times to go back and cancelled becaused the itinery stated we would be leaving July 17th @530pm going to Washington,DC.arriving 814pm on the 17th leaving Washington, DC 935pm and arriving in Miami,Fl Sunday@1216am. This was not the original itinery I paid for. Like I said I emailed, called, begged and pleaded with them.

Also, my return flight had changed the ship docked at 800am and they had me on a flight that left at 645am. I called my credit card company, but they reversed the charges later, this is called bait and switch, we worked hard for our money, those tickets were not used, just wasted. I tried to explain what happened and in so many words they said TOO BAD,SO SAD. I would never do business or recommend them to any one. I would like a full refund to recofy this problem. Most companies would have

fixed this some kind of way to satisfy the customer.

They didn't care they were only concern about the money.There was no customer satisfaction, they didn't care about it was our 25th anniversity. I have all the emails I sent them, they wouln't even try to get us on another flight. The ship left port at 6pm. They could have attempted to get us another flight. I would like to have these charges removed from my account.

Also, we didn't know Cheaptickets.com & Priceline.com was all the same company. We hold both companies accountable.
