Cheaptrips, I returned the booklet and they have failed to return my money. Internet
On July 1,2009 I sigmed up for cheaptrips. In 10 days I received the booklet. In 5 days I returned the booklet. I called about my refunded and was told it would be refunde on the 20th or 21 st of September. As od today I havwe not received my refund.

Maybe the 20/21 are the dates they will release the refund. Stop being so emotional and wait a week minimum before you start ranting. Sheesh, you must be a joy to live with.
