I purchased a Black Halo dress from Michelle Wendell of ChicLittleDevil.com for $162.50 via certified check in October 2008. As of today, 01/06/09 I have yet to receive the dress or a refund for my dress. I have received a total run-around by Ms. Wendell... "My assistant is out of town, my shipper is ill, I am getting more of these dresses in a week, etc. etc." She is a total thief and dishonest person. I filed a mail fraud complaint with the postal inspectors on 01/05/09. My next step is to sue or file criminal complaints.

Hi I have also purchased items from her and for her to just send me envelopes of papers...because i was new to ebay at the time i didn't know that they had a certain time frame to file disputes and for me to file a police report in canada i would have to los angels to file a criminal complaint but i did file a mail fraud with usps against her and which you can also do so because in reality she is a theif...i still have the usps mail that she sent me with the custom's form that filled out stated the contents are "documents"...and also have kept all her email corresponants...if there's enough claims on her I want to bring it to the attention of KCAL 9 news because she does deal with some B list celebrities and this is a major deal for her to be dishonest and we need to bring light to this so her clients know who exactly they are dealing with.

Hi, I've been ripped off by Michelle Wendell too! I'm prepared to take all legal action necessary to make sure Michelle faces criminal charges for her fraudulent behavior.
