Chic Little Devil - Michelle Wendell LIAR AND CON-ARTIST MICHELLE WENDELL NEVER GAVE ME MY 2ND REFUND ON EBAY IN RETURN FOR POSITIVE FEEDBACK Internet
When i received yellow stained shorts from Chic Little Devil i immediately requested a refund. Michelle Wendell agreed and so i sent the shorts back forgetting to use delivery confirmation. Two weeks go by and she still says she hasn't received the shorts.
i knew then she had to be lying, so i opened a case with ebay. Finally after weeks of it being open, and her still denying she received them i found a post office receipt showing the date, time and address proving i sent the shorts back.
Ebay made her refund my money and i won the case! I was so happy. I left her negative feedback of course, and not a couple days later i get an email from her persuading me with a FULL 2nd refund - through ebay power seller services - if i change my negative feedback to a positive.
Seeing this deal would be done through ebay i agreed, left her positive feedback - and surprise - no money was sent to my paypal account. Never returned my emails, i never saw the money. Ebay said there was nothing they could do - i couldn't believe it. She has to buy positive feedback!!! And doesn't even come through with her end of the bargain!
This woman NEEDS to be shut down.

I just wanted you to know that I was ripped of by Michelle wendell on ebay as well and have posted my story. I am going to continue fighting this tooth and nail in everyway until she gets what she deserves! Jail
