Simone Hines works for childrens aide society/ acs at 910 east 172 street. I have witnessed her in an unethical affair with her client Donnell Travis Johnson 11/26/1973. Her supervior and other fellow employees allow her to continue working there, knowing that we are not to engage in sex relationships with our client on or out of work. I have watched this affair go on for some time now and it is not fair. While there may be some that don't know what this Simone hines is capable of, I am not willing to allow her to make a mockery of the profession we choice. Simone Hines continue to falsify information in reports for this family as well as abuse her authority. While another agent investigated Simone Hines the supervisor has covered up for her. They need to put a stop to abusive case workers who misuse their authority to benifit!
