We use brushes and extendable rods to sweep the flue, hand brushes for the firebox and smoke chamber, Chimney Cleaning Atlanta GA sweeps the inside of your chimney, from the firebox floor all the way to the chimney top. Than we change the direction of the rotor brush and run the brushes back down in to the fireplace. We repeat this process as needed. THIS IS ALL A LIE!!!!!!!! This company offers a low price of 79.00 to inspect and clean your chimney. When the tech (LaLow) arrives his job is to get you to pay more by all means neccessary. He is intially cunning and polite in his sells pitch. I recall getting a call the night before from company the day before the tech was to arrive to confirm appointment, and my phone's caller ID read: Alpha Steamers.

The tech name LasLow came over to my house and only used a vaccum, he never wet on the roof of my house, he never used brushes to seep anthing thats a lie. They advertise for chimney sweep but they dont do it. Which is very dangerous to the home owner. He even left his equipment behind filled with mess from my firerplace. I told him to get his equipemnt before he left he said he got all his stuff and got in his truck and left.
in a nut shell they said they would sweep the inside of my chimney, from the firebox floor all the way to the chimney top, how can you do that if you only show up with a vaccum cleaner? you never get on the roof to check anything nor to use a brush and or extendable rods
