Choice Home Warranty They wont cover claim due to new rust Edison NJ
My Tankeless Water Heater: Heater core copper tubing wore a leak and now its leaking onto the Stainless Steel Blower motor but since it caused rust ( new rust ) on the stainless steel they wont cover the claim.
Even the Tech. they sent out said it should be covered no matter what. the Tech said its even new rust they are just looking for any reason not to cover the claim.
So if the water would have just dripped to the bottom and just rusted the bottom then they still would have denied the claim. So no matter what I would have lost. Thats not right.
