Christine did in fact obtain a settlement and, from my experience, is trustworthy and entirely qualified. Again, my apologies for the incorrect conclusions on her character.

I am the Owner of CMB Resolve and I have been assisting people for over 20 years resolve and negotiate debt. I educate the consumer on collection law, credit repair, and debt negotiations. The only reason I would not be able to resolve an individual’s debt is if their financial situation changed when it came time for settlement amount to be paid. If anyone has ever had an issue with my services provided I’ve worked with them until they were satisfied.
The truth is you can’t please everybody all the time, but I will exhaust every effort to obtain client satisfaction. Some people are just difficult no matter how hard you work or how much you do for them.
If a client pays us $250.00 that means they were given a break on fees due to financial hardship. They received a consultation, budget form, game plan for resolve of their debt/legal issue, court documents filed on their behalf and if they stayed in the program then a negotiated settlement for around 50% would happen, or a reasonable payment plan would be arranged on their behalf.
I can produce to anyone who meets with me an endless number of references. I can put new clients on the phone with old clients to assure them I'm the real deal and I do what I say I'm going to do.
I was recently hired by a reputable Law Firm for my good reputation and success in debt negotiations and they also will get on the phone with new clients and reassure them of my services.
This Complaining party didn’t leave a name or case number so I have no idea who they are and I can’t contact them or even confirm if they were a client. Additionally, I keep detailed paperwork on all my client’s cases and debt and I can Guarantee that this person most likely didn’t follow the program laid out, didn’t stay in communication with us, or didn’t have the funds when it came time to settle their debt.
Finally, it’s unfortunate that CMB Resolve either by this client or this web site was not given a chance before posting dispute to defend ,or to resolve. The damage these sites do to small business owners without an investigation to both parties to determiine the validity of the complaint should be held liable. It’s scary to think that anyone can post whatever they want without an investigation on both parties.
Whomever this individual is that field this complaint can contact me directly and I will gladly refund or resolve any issue you may have.
I pride myself on working with people who are in financial hardship seeking information on programs available to them for the purpose of resolve on debt issues. I do it for a minimal fee in comparison to Law Firms, and Debt Negotiating companies. I see my clients face to face, make myself available by phone, text, or e email even after work hours and weekends, write up a customize repayment plan for their debt and offer credit improvement after debt is paid at no additional cost.
