Chuck....

Below is a copy of a previously sent email (since modified), another which you had chosen not to answer, I added e-mail sent to you on 12/28/09 and answered by you on 12/29/09, we can debate this in an open forum such as RipoffReports if you choose, I demand answers for a service which I paid for and appears to be in non-compliance with its Manual and your response on aforementioned e-mail....see below: You also have Videos on the web specifically talking about trading in the direction of the Major Trend all of this being said ......the below listed 34 equities that are referenced in your Advisory Service Trade Signal Archive are in direct opposition of your teachings/statements/videos.....WHY IS THAT???? Where in your teachings specifically, is the process which I hope you are about to explain, that has you recommending/suggesting/or trading the below listed equities directly opposite of the Major Trend ?????How does one expect to learn a trading system that they have spent a substantial amount of money for, if the owner/developer of said system is not in compliance with same??? From all appearance's this whole process is nothing more than a SCAM...

How about some answers Chuck and a refund of my $7,000.00 ,your teachings are very shallow and worthless as you have been utilizing them.

Chuck....

On page 19 of your WCA members only manual, under Avoiding Whipsaw Trades. It states Regardless of which indicator or methodology you use to trade, the Major Trend System can be a valuable tool for virtually any market. Before I take a long or short position I normally check to make sure I am trading in the direction of the major trend.

Trading in the direction of the major trend provides a constant tailwind and helps you prevent whipsaw trades when counter-trend rallies or sell offs occur. Avoiding whipsaw trades can increase profits and reduce risk.

That being said I presume that you follow these guidelines of always trading in the direction of the major trend, to increase profits and reduce risk, would this be a correct statement?

Please respond,

Larry

Larry,

Yes that is true. When the market is trending that is always the case. However, as you know there have been times in recent market history where the market has remained neutral in some periods. At that time I have used such strategies as the put collar to make a profit, albeit a much smaller return than in a trending market.
