CIC Credit Monitor Service RIPOFF mistreated and ripped off Orange California
My story is the same as others. I filled out a free credit report online only to look at my online banking today and-oh my-a 79.95 fee! I flipped. Found this website, very happy to find it, very angry at what i found.
I called them, and of course they gave me the run around of how I will get a refund in 7-10 days. I asked why no one from this website got their refund and they said it is because those people didn't call. I really didn't believe her.
I also emailed the company and they said they would take care of me.
Next, I called my credit card bill and explained the situation. They noted the day i called and told me that if I'm not refunded within 30 days they will file a lawsuit or something like that for me. They are also blocking all charges for me because I have read something about how this company will charge you again and again.
Unfortunately, we were all scammed, but we are not alone, and we will band together and destroy this comapny. We should get them on the news! For now on, lets all check webpages like this before we sign up for ANYTHING!
