Cicuit Digital ripoff New York New York
050304 i ordered The Nikon D70 pro shooters kit on phone from Brian Petterson on curcuit digital. The package was delivered and payd with money order, 1200$. When it was opened lots of things was missing so i decided to make a RMA. 051005 the box was recived by circuit digital with the RMA number that i got on it. After that i have made over 100 phonecalls to get either my money back or another complett camera kit delivered. Brian all the time promised me to fix it for me. In Mars 2006 i recived a lens to a Canon camera and when i called Brian up he told me that there had been a mix up. I returned the lens and he told me that he would send me the camera as soon they had the lens. Next time i called Brian he was not there and they told me that he had broke his kneecap when he was skeeing in Canada. Instead somebody else called Casy promised me to send the camera. Today when i called them up they told me that the business had been sold and they dont want to help me out.
I have for a long time understood that they was playing a game with me. But i live in Sweden and you are kind of helpless here not knowing what to do. I just know that this kind of business would not live for long here and i would get help to have my money back from this kind of company. Who can help me in USA, or is it like this to live in a capitalistic country, where are the laws??? They rob me on 1200$ and there i noone who can stop this company?
