Circuit City ripoff San Rafael California
I paid to have a stereo and amplifier installed in my brand new car. A few weeks later, I discovered a water leak. After taking it back to the dealer, they discovered that a rubber seal had been pushed in by running audio cables and it wasn't replaced. The total cost of removing everything from the car, repairing, and drying it was $1400. Circuit City and their insurance company will neither pay the bill nor refund the installation charges. I am going to sue them in California Superior Court and my lawyer says I will win. Juries hate big corporations and insurance companies.
