Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I went to this "company's" website and went through the finance application process. When I got to the page that asked for my bank account number I stopped and went to the "Frequently Asked Questions" section to try and get finance information. I surfed through the entire site and could not find anywhere that told me anything about the finance terms or amounts. I then emailed the company 5 times and called the number listed on the website 949-707-5817. Every email I sent forwarded an email to my email stating that someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. No on ever did. When I called there phone number I received a recording stating they were busy with other customers and when it got to the voice mail it was full. I then found this website and discovered numerous complaints against this company and it's owner "Randy" who seems to spend more time sending nasty rebuttals to this site than he does taking care of his customers. This man is a fraud and an idiot and if he were the least bit legitimate he would handle his business in a proper manner. I have made numerous purchases on the internet, including a big screen TV from an easy finance company. That was a smooth transaction from a reputabel company with many sources of internet and phone contact for customer service and I have had no problems with them. But BEWARE of CircuitMicro. The company is a joke and the owner needs to be put in jail.

Maybe this will finally get a response from him since he seems to spend a lot of time sending rebuttals to all of the unhappy customers he has ripped off.

Although there is a link to finance terms you cannot get your specific finance terms until you have given you checking account number and agreed to the finance terms for your legally binding finance agreement. In other words, you are agreeing to terms that you cannot see until after you have agreed to them. No where on this site does it tell you that you will be charged a "processing fee" for simply applying. Randy has still not called me back or responded to my many emails. And he thinks I am an idiot. Get a life Randy. Your nothing but a petty criminal who hides behind his computer. Call me and we'll talk like men. Or better yet, come see me.

Finance Terms

The Finance Terms are located at the bottom of the sites main page along with the rest of the customer service help links under the heading (FINANCE TERMS) Additionally they are also listed on each of the product description pages through out the site totaling at over five hundred additional links to the (FINANCE TERMS). I believe that this many links should be satisfactory as well as making this an easy location to find, and is up to code even for the mentally handicapped. We are sorry that you had trouble locating this very well marked link that can be simply located by scrolling down the page and the ability to read in English Language as we are a US based corporation. As per your recommendation to have us jailed for not getting to your call immediately and drop everything such as telling our customers their shipment is delayed because we have to answer this very important call immediately otherwise us the idiots will be jailed, to answer the exact same thing that has been posted now over two years, by a pleasant individual such s your self, disrespecting our staff, will not be tolerated and is banned from our site by blacklisting your IP Address through your ISP. At this time there are no such laws in the United States such as the one you are wishing for. Inevitably if this law did actually exist, then instead being the United States of America, it would be much closer to n**i Germany of 1942.
