CIS - Complete Investigation Services They said unlimited searches, but kept chargin for every hit. Even the ones that did not produce any results. I checked arrest records of my friend that was arrested, and it didnt even bring it up Internet
CIS and all of their affiliates that conduct online public records searches produce ZERO results. Its a rip-off, not to mention they sell you unlimited access, but charge you for everything. TOTAL Rip-Off.
