If anyone is having trouble getting an email through we recommend logging into the CIS Nationwide Members Area and clicking on Help. This new screen will allow you to fill out a form that goes directly to customer support once submitted. Customer support is standing by to help you and our support team answers hundreds of emails every single day.
I believe that perhaps you may have misunderstood the package that you purchased.
Unlimited search options allows for only basic people searching, basic background, landline phone searches and basic addresses as part of our membership.
Your CIS Nationwide balance gets debited for every Direct
Search a customer conducts.

page. All customers must agree to these Terms and Agreements before proceeding
