CitiFinancial Retail Services Ripoff Billed me for charges I did not charge I have only made one purchase home Gym and I have all paperwork from retailer showing exact invoices Citifinancial first over billed me then kept the disputed charges on for months and now billing me finance charges on money I do not even owe What a way to do business. I am going to never do business with and "Citi" company in my life South Hackensack New Jersey
CitiFinancial Retail has over billed me twice the amount i should be billed for. On numerous calls and letters my dispute has not been resolved. Its always under investigation. They have started to charge me interest charges on money I have disputed and I do not own. Is there a "Class Action Suit" against CitiFinance Retail Services?
