On 29th November 09 I bought a Canon G10 camera advertised on Citizoo's French internet site.  It was advertised for 350.23 with 16.68 delivery in France, and the advert stated that the camera was in stock and delivery was 3--5 days.  I paid by Master Card debit card.

Citizoo sent me an order number (131266628), correctly repeated billing and delivery addresses and the total cost of 366.91.  My card was debited on 2nd December 09, for 365.82.

No camera has been delivered.  I have emailed the company several times and received no reply or acknowledgement.  I cannot find a phone number anywhere on their site.  It might be reasonabe to assume this was a simple delay, but I now find there are numerous people complaining on the internet about Citizoo's non-delivery, or delivery of second hand goods for new. At the very least, very late delivery when claiming the merchandise is in stock and 3-5 days as normal appears to be company practice.
