CITY WEST REALTY LIA TOVAR AND JUAN CARLOS TORRES SCAMMERS ! DISHONEST! GREEDY LIARS katy, Texas
Lia Tovar and Juan Carlos Torres also goes by JC Torres are dishonest realtors. That promise kickbacks to thier clients to move into apartments and other incentives and never pay. They also do not pay thier staff. They have had a huge turn around in assistants and this is due to thier mass disorganization and not paying what they say they will pay them. Then when they cant pay anylonger they want the person to sign a piece of paper so they won't get filed agianst. Beware of this couple they are actually married but do not share a last name. There office is always closed. Buyers beware.
