I am a "Disabled" 55 Yr Old Man, Who Needs a "Controlled "Air environment", so we took out a "loan", to have City Wide Heating and Air, Put in a Complete HVAC System. This House Has Never Had One, "PHIL", Came out in at Least a $50,000 Ford Pick up, and walked around Both The Inside and Outside of The "House", He Told Me It Would Take a 80,000 BTU Furnace, and a 3 Ton/ 12 Seer, Compressor to make the "Unit",Operate at it's Best, and didn't run all the "Time"So I asked Him, If He Had a Contract,Estimate-?, With Him Because he "Hinted", it Could Be {Around} $15,000! He said They Don't Bring Them Out, When They are Doing an Estimate-? He Also Never Pulled out a Pen and Paper Either! No, He said They "LOOK" then Go Back to the Office, and do the Contract/Estimate There, Then Send it to us.

Well,One Week Went By,Nothing, 2 weeks, Ditto, 3rd week, I told my Wife Maybe he didn't want the "Job", since it wasn't Just Switching out one Furnace, for another! I Had her call them, they told her, "Oh,I forgot", I'll Shoot you the "Stuff" in an E-mail! So She "Looked", and 3 Hours Later Was a 3 sentence statement, saying $14,956. so we talked, and we read the "ratings on them, and they seemed to be good, so we called him, and told him we would drive down to sign the Contract, NO NEED TO TRAVEL AN HOUR, JEFF, my Guy's will be there in a day or so, and we can do it then, well they showed up, NO CONTRACT! and the Guy's went to tearing the van apart looking for stuff, to start!

I called my wife, and she said all those customer statements can't be wrong, let's let them do it, and they were $4,500 cheaper then Sears, he had a "contract", the day he showed up!( in hindsight, I should have went with Sears,Too Late, well I had a "Doctors Appt,and HAD to leave them Alone, They said "No Problem", well when I got Back, two Load Bearing Walls Had Been Destroyed, and There Was Wood From our Hardwood Flrs, all over our Basement!They are still there This is the Short Version; They Only gave us a 60,000 BTU, Furnace, and a 2 1/2 ton Comp. Which Never Got Filled with any Freon, at all, the wall A/C I paid to have taken out, I had to pay for someone to put one $796.00, Total Back in, There are at least 2-3 Gas leaks, in their hook up,In IOWA it is SO SCREWED UP, I called The BUILDING INSPECTOR, and get this, I had to Call the Health Dept BECAUSE THEY are The One Who License These Idiots!, and as 10/16/17, we have gotten nothing {EXCEPT THEY WANT TO FILL THE A/C, and That's it! we have Heard Nothing from the STATE OF IOWA DEPT OF HEALTH, and it's been a year, you would think this is a Huge case, A YEAR!-? c'mon,

So Here we sit again for a whole year/ with a $15,000 paperweight! in any other state the Law is involved and they wouldn't be able to continue with other new job's until this one was done RIGHT! So Being on SSDI, and Making $10,444 a month doesn't exactly, give you your choice of Attorneys, so I Guess it's up to my wife and I to take Bryant,Aprilaire,and Citywide to Court!
