City Wide Heating & Cooling Avoid at all costs non responsive, horribly poor service Jacksonville Florida
Waited until end of day on Friday for City Wide tech to show up. He shows up and immediately tells me that my outside unit needs to be replaced. No real diagnosis done on the unit. Asked me to call first thing Monday to be sure part is ordered (this was through American Home Shield) and that I would receive service within two days. Five calls to the office on Monday, no answer. Three voicemail messages, no call back. Call to corporate office and no one knows where the Jacksonville service rep is or when I will hear back. Called the corporate office again and was hung up on, unreal. Home Shield calls them and same issue, no response. Stay away at all costs - poor customer service is an understatement here.
