I am a Real Estate Broker. Like others, I was contacted by phone by Clicksmart. The concept sounded good and I agreed to a six month subscription in mid 2007 and paid the entire amount with a credit card. I received no calls; the information on the web page was incorrect, and I did not renew when contacted. I sent the solicitor info showing rip off reports and asked to be removed from their calling list.
They are now (March 2009) placing unauthorized charges on my credit card and I am disputing the charge with my credit card company--Chase Bank.
