Doors were ordered Jan. 22, 2014. The company enlarged the existing closet and measured repeatedly in order to make doors to fit. After two months, doors were delivered that are too small and damaged. We waited an additional month. Last week, May 12, a service person arrived and told us he was to make the door space smaller rather than the company making good on ordering doors to fit the opening. Plus, delivered doors are damaged with imperfect glass inserts that clearly show damage. We paid $430 deposit to AIG Interiors Group, the third party vendor of Closet Factory, that was to build and deliver the doors. $430 due on completion of job for the doors only. The entire job cost is $3,100. On Jan. 22 we put a $1,550 deposit with $1,240 due on delivery of materials and $310 due on completion. The entire job with doors and construction totaled $3,960. To date, we have paid (on credit card) $1,550 deposit on construction of closet (to closet factory) $430 deposit on door construction to AIG $1,240 to closet factory for delivery of materials Outstanding fees are $310 due on completion to Closet Factory and $430 to AIG on completion of job. 5 months from date of initial order and this job is not complete, and the solution - to build the closet access back to fit the doors is unacceptable. The entire purpose for the remodeling was to make the closet opening larger and we were assured that Closet Factory would do this with orders to specifications and not an off-the-shelf product. That doors would be specifically built to spec.

It took some time, but we are now quite happy with the end result. The doors have since been replaced and admittedly look very good.
