Club Metro keeps billing me when my membership is complete. They tried to bill my card on file but luckily it expired. I went to the gym location in person and told them I'm cancelling because Im moving. The manager Adam tried to reduce the monthly and let me do a monthly plan. I told him "no thanks" and he gave me paper verifying I cancel membership. Now I thought my job was done, he was punching keys and I went in the gym to physically and verbally sais "cancel my memebrship because Im moving..a month later Abc Finacial is calling me saying I owe $71, smh..I'm not paying a dime and will fight this, will keep you posted
