Ok, for those of you seeking info on Club WPT, I'll give you what I think after playing there for a week. I won't talk about
the "play of hands" or the weird bad beats that continually happen beyond this initial statement but it doesn't match real play
in regard to how the cards fall, I play 40+ hours a week live and have for 15 years so I'm familiar with my odds. They don't
hold up.
Here's my real issue, there's no real chance at winning anything other than 10 or 20 bucks and to do that you have to beat
out hundreds if not thousands of people to get it. So... if you play and win, it will take you hours to make that tiny bit of
money. They do have larger prizes but it turns out to be very unlikely almost like a lottery. I play poker in the hopes
that my skill gives me an advantage over people who just call blindly and have no real skill. That is what poker is supposed
be, Club WPT is a free for all for 20 bucks a month with no accountability in regard to what percentage they pay out. If they
keep more than 3-4 percent, even a pro has very little chance to profit. My guess is they keep 50 percent or more just to run
the ads they do. Online gaming is filled with scams and cheats but this is the worst setup because they are able to act
like you have a real chance. Don't waste your money unless your really good and like making pennies an hour for your
trouble. THIS IS NOT a legitimate way to play "real poker" , it is a shell game where they show you the money but then
set things up where only very few ever win anything unless you spend 20 hours a day grinding. I can do that at a real
table, not a "play site" that is no better that free sites you can go to.
Don't waste your money!
