As I read these reports against Community Management Group of Charleston, SC I could not agree more with these individuals complaints against them. I have unfortunatley had more than one bad experience with Steve Peck. As for those claims he hits below belt... are very valid. Steve Peck acts as though a child would by firing back with personal attacks against you. It is very strange behavior for an adult and it is more than obvious from his respones to these complaints that there is something off about him.



Homeowners who's fee's pay to hire companies like cmg deserve to be treated fairly and with respect. That same respect should then be applied towards any individual who has to come into contact with cmg such as renters, landlors, homeowners and other management groups.



When dozens and dozens of individuals file the same and very similar valid compliants against you and can provide documentation to support their claims...is not a coincidence it is a problem!



I feel the there is a day and I can only hope that day comes soon when cmg and Steve Peck will be forced to answer to attorneys, judges, and most importantly to an auditor. I fully support anyone who files any type of legal action against this dishonest company.  I do hope that the ramifications for cmg are steep enough that they can no longer be allowed to practice business in the state of SC. With this post I expect nothing but false and misguided information from cmg 's rebuttal.
