CMG harassing me,threats,exhorting,me calling my job after being told i cant have personal calls kansas city Nationwide
I have been getting calls from this company saying I still owe them money in which I have proof I paid them off in November of 2012 ..I was told they can legally do exhortation ..the amount I got I have paid off yet they keep having different companys call me at work after ive said I can't calls . I am being harnessed by them constantly yet I HAVE PAID THEM everytime I try to end this they send my name to a different 3rd party company with a different amount .

I can tell you from my own personal experience the rebuttal below is bogus. There is no fees that generate. Chances are you have never even taken out a payday loan with CMG. Joel Tucker of eData Solutions and Gray Wave Capital Management used the information you put into the lead generation site to create fake loans that he sold down the line. You do not owe this chances are, and I would get as much information to be able to trace this back to Gray Wave. Tell them you want to know the firms that they purchased the information from. They have to provide a clean chain of title to be able to collect.

See the porblem is that YOU THINK you paid it all off. Obviously YOU did NOT pay it ALL off. The reason the amouont keeps going up is quite simple. Each time THAT DEBT is sold the new company adds on THIER processing fee. Each time its sold a NEW fee is added on top of ALL the other fees from previous owners of YOUR debt. The ONLY way out is to either retain a lawyer and fight it or PAY IT!!! Your choice. Inaction is just going to cause that amount to grow beyond YOUR ability to pay it.
