Dear Customer Care, Management team Headquarters,
I am requesting as now to cancel my "Contract Cancellation request account MEMBERSHIP:(((Redacted)))" immediately.
I have invested in your company, on March 20th, 2008 "at $ 4251,00 USA for this Package, that I never used it since my husband and I have made this purchase while visiting Florida with the Bahama Cruise.
I want you to completely refunded me including all the costs I have invested with you on yearly basis with incentives and upgrades that were processed. If you won't comply to this request. You are in deep trouble with the FEDERAL TRAVEL COMMISSION(FTC). I am filing also a complaint with the FEDERAL TRAVEL COMMISSION(FTC) immediately.
I have a report that you are listed under the scams listing. That I have placed it on my blog, so that you do not con other travelers again. Your service is no good to me, if you can't be trusted.

I will never use it again, because my friend in Florida that I have subscribed her to my list of travelers this morning, wanted to book a flight from Orlando, Florida to Oak-Wood, California and the price listed is the same prices on Velocity or other travel companies listed, airport cost is the same.
Please understand, that, I am very frustrated to have been abused and ripped of by you, it is showing to the Florida state, not a good image for all travelers, because of how do business, that I am living a nightmare right now, after reading all the Ripoff's review reports about your conduct. I am devastated to know that I am a victim of this.
Please answer me as soon as possible in regards in written or by phone, to my case and cancellation request to be processed immediately.
