Code Apogee Shiva Kiran Chiranjib Roy Diganta Mandal Overcharged Toadlane.com $25,000 Internet
CodeApogee worked out a payment agreement where they were being compensated on a monthly retainer. There were some language discrepancies with billing Toadlane Shiva said but I had a third party developer investigate and they had been billing Toadlane.com for three months without doing any work, the developement work they completed previously lacked documentation, and they were behind schedule.
When I confronted Shiva about this, Shiva threatened a collections company against Toadlane and stopped responding. I repeat, no matter how many fake smears Codeapogee makes, I will not pay Shiva $22,000 for unfinished and undocumented work that they did not do. He has not contacted Toadlane for many months and now that we release an update he is looking for money.
We are much happier with our developement team in the united states!

I am talking to lying Shiva on the gmail right now. I tell him i am going to pay him a thousand dollars a month so he finds a way to not do work for three months and the charge me $22,000? His english is horrible and he cannot spell. Ask yourself, would you pay him if some dude from another country did no work for three months and try to charge you $22,000? He did not complete his objectives and left Toadlane in a situation where we could not accept payments and then demanded $22,000 to continue work. Shiva is a liar. Do not do business with him.

We have taken legal action agaisnt TOadlane Inc and also did report this issue on ripoffreport quite long ago : https://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/toadlane-inc/california/toadlane-inc-john-ballantine-it-services-invoices-not-paid-for-over-an-year-california-1419998
John is trying to defame us and trying to threten us asking to remove the report we did long ago with out evening paying our dues.
Report from John is malisious and inteded to spoil reputation .
