I made an order for an Action Replay DS on Tuesday for an item which the site claimed was in stock.

I received an email from them on Tuesday detailing the transaction and the money was taken from my account. On Wednesday I had another email saying that the order had been processed and the item dispatched.

I waited and waited and today (Monday) phoned to find out where it was. I was told that they would investigate and call me back - which they didnt, so I again phoned them and it turns out that the item is not even in stock.

In fairness to them, the lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and when I asked for a refund it was refunded to my card immediatley.

But Ive wasted a whole week when I could have bought it somewhere else.
