This company is very dishonest.They sold us our kitchen cabinets and we ordered just a plane wood hood for our stove. When the bill came we said we only ordered a hood not the whole exhaust system which they new we had already purchased from Wolf. The estimate was for $4500.00 When we said no way to that price just for the hood they said don't worry we will make the adjustment afterward but you need to pay now for your cabinets or it will take alot longer and we will mess up our scheduling and we will lose or 20% discouunt for paying cash ahead of time.
You know the whole sales act stuff people pull but we thought since they were local and lived in our neiborhood we could trust them. The hood and full blower system arrived together which is the $4500.00 assembly and while construction was going on they came into our garage with out permission and took the blower assembly as to cover up there mistake and then told us the price for just the hood was $4500.00. They flat out lied and we gave them every chance to make good on this but they are too dishonest to do the right thing. We could have recieved a copper with gold lace hood for that. Don't trust these people they are not good or honest.

This review is factually innacurate in several ways;
1. What is characterized as "just a plain wood hood" is in fact a very large 54"w X 48" h curved wood hood.
2. We did not sell them "the whole exhaust system" The curved hood unit comes standard with a metal liner. The customer recieved the metal liner that the manufacturer includes but was not sold "the whole blower system.
3. The statement "when the bill came" is misleading and implies that they didn't know the price for the hood until after they approved the order. When in fact, the customer recieved several line item priced out quotes clearly showing the cost of the hood. These cabinets are semi-custom, made to order materials which have to be approved and paid for prior to ordering and production. They had every opportunity to not purchase and order the hood if they felt it was overpriced. The time to shop and compare is before purchasing not several months after recieving and installing a product in your home.
4. The customers wife asked us to pick up the unneeded liner and our employee, who was out there doing routine adjustments on their cabinetry, at no charge to this customer, picked it up. They can have the liner back if they like or we will donate it to Habitat For Humanity or Bud's Warehouse which is our policy with extra parts.
