coldwell banker stole part of my deposit ocean pines Maryland
I was a great tenant in a winter rental in ocean city,md.It was a one bedroom condo very small. My lease stated i had to clean the place when i left and have the carpets cleaned. I spent all day cleaning the place, using bleach, 409 etc. and had the carpets perofessionally cleaned at my expense the last day i left.. When my deposit was returned coldwell banker the property management compny riped me off. They charged me 212.00 to clean the condo to make it ready for the next tenenat. This is highway robbery. I thouroughly cleaned the condo. I will never rent from these rip off artists agian. They are 100% dis honest and they steal your money. If you come to Ocean City,Md stay away from COLDWELL BANKER RENTALS, unless you want to be ripped off
